Could you help me to understand this long sentence ?

okay i read it three times..says clclincal nature of action research is being studied as to it's activity...it's written in the first two lines, but it never says what they mean by activity...then further down, it says it's appopriate in meeting the objectives of the study, but never tell you what they are either, but the main point is that it never says what they mean by activities...are you testing peoples intelligence???, or is a very poorly written question on the professors part...i'm uming.
