I have a cat and im not sure wats wrong?

i have a 6 yrs old cat she is in heat right now earlyer i notice she was walkin wired at first i thought it was just case she was in hest a few hrs later i notice her hair was matted i started to look and she was she was bleeding and it looks like she has a cut around her privte parts it off to the left side a lil and she keeps lickin it i dont know wat to do i dont think it the part she pees from case it off to the side i think she might of rub up agest something and made it a lil cut in that area but again im not 100% sure i dont look at cats privi parts i need to find a way to fix this seen i dont have the money to take her to the vet can anyone till me wat to do if it a cut and wat might be happenin if it not a cut can a cat get any kind of shores from been in heat i need help fast i hate to see my cat in heat sorry for the long question to who ever reads this plz write bak fast im startin to get scared
