Is Yahoo Mail Not Working - January 5th, 2009?

I have had the same problem for the past several months. For no apparent reason, I am unable to login to my acct. I receive Error Code 5 message; also, from time to time, messages I am sending crash. I am ready to move to Gmail though it is quite a chore to move the mive amount of info I have collected over the years at Yahoo....
