Does anyone know a green bean fries recipe?

I went to a birthday party a few weeks ago where we ate something called Green bean Fries. They were delicious! I want to make them again but after searching it on google, I can't seem to find the recipe! The people's whos house i was at are vegeterians so all the recipes with egg cant be it. The fries tasted lke regular green beans with the outer layer as fried breadcrumbs.... PLEASE HELP!?
