Do you think this is just a cold?

If you don't have a fever, it's not swine flu. You'd have a high fever with it. If you feel your own head and it feels hot, it doesn't mean you have a fever. Your hand is the same temperature of your head. Have someone else feel it or take a temperature. I'm sure your fine if the doctor said you were. Take your temperature and get some rest.
