Can any one tell me how to change a valve cover gasket on a 1993 ford f150 fuel injected 300?

I have a mive oil leak from the back side of the motor. It seems to becoming from around the backside of the valve cover gasket and i was needing some advise on what i should do because i need to change it asap.
