Patenaude & Felix ignoring my demand?

I sent them return receipt certified mail, not to contact me except by mail. Well, they still keep calling. Is this right? I went to their office in Las Vegas and they sit behind bulkhead type doors and VERY thick gl. They seem kind of slimy. Anyone hear of them? Thanks very much in advance.
