What is the correct pronominal adjective replacing "his" for an entity in writing contracts or agreements?

I've operated as a sole prop in the past and I used the word "his" - ie Photographer agrees to perform his obligations - now that I am an LLC I am trying to rewrite the agreement, so can I continue to use "his" now that the Photographer is a business entity and not referencing myself personally? Do I use its?
