To what extent did JFK, LBJ, & Nixon adhere to Eisenhower's warning concerning the military industrial complex?

They learned Eisenhower's lesson well. They all successfully dismantled the military industrial complex so that today the US military budget is practically non-existent with most government money going into public-education and poverty-relief programmes, thus fulfilling the American Dream at last.
